Jordan was able to find matching panels (essential for HOA approval) while other companies could not. The second job involved replacing an inverter that had gone bad in the middle of summer. Jordan was there the next day with a new inverter while another company wanted me to wait a couple of weeks for the unit to arrive from the manufacturer. Most recently, Jordan installed a subpanel to my electrical system for a mini-split heat pump. All three jobs were completed on time and on budget.
