JJ Energy Inc respects your privacy and is committed to communicating with customers responsibly. This SMS Messaging Policy explains how we collect consent, use mobile phone numbers, send text messages, protect messaging information, and process opt-out requests.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from JJ Energy Inc, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages in accordance with this policy.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may provide consent to receive text messages from JJ Energy Inc by submitting a website form, requesting a quote, using our solar calculator, scheduling an appointment, contacting our office, or checking an unchecked consent box that clearly explains the SMS program.

Your consent applies only to communications from JJ Energy Inc. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services from us.

We do not use pre-checked consent boxes. You must take an affirmative action to provide your consent before receiving automated marketing or promotional text messages.

Types of Text Messages

Depending on your relationship with JJ Energy Inc and the consent you provide, text messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation scheduling, estimate and quote follow-ups, solar calculator follow-ups, project status updates, service notifications, installation scheduling, customer-support communications, requests for additional project information, payment or account reminders, and occasional promotions or special offers.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, scheduled services, project activity, and interactions with JJ Energy Inc.

You may receive recurring messages while your inquiry, appointment, installation, service request, or customer account remains active. Promotional message frequency may also vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan. JJ Energy Inc does not charge a separate fee for receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging, data, or roaming charges.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time.

Reply STOP to any text message from JJ Energy Inc to unsubscribe. You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out words, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional automated text messages unless you provide consent again.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent JJ Energy Inc from contacting you via email, telephone, postal mail, or other communication methods when legally permitted.

Mobile Information and Privacy

JJ Energy Inc uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information only for the purposes described when consent is collected, including communicating about customer inquiries, quotes, appointments, installations, electrical services, solar services, battery systems, EV charging solutions, and related customer-support matters.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in information, mobile phone numbers, and consent records will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide limited information to service providers that help us operate our messaging systems, customer-management platforms, telecommunications services, or technical infrastructure. These providers may use the information only to perform services on behalf of JJ Energy Inc and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

Protection of Information

JJ Energy Inc uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect mobile phone numbers, consent records, and messaging information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through SMS or other electronic communication systems.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, blocked, or undelivered messages.

SMS delivery may be affected by mobile carrier availability, device compatibility, network interruptions, geographic location, account status, or other circumstances outside the control of JJ Energy Inc.

The availability of text messaging services may vary by carrier and device.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is intended to work with major United States mobile carriers. However, service availability and functionality are not guaranteed for every carrier, wireless plan, telephone number, or mobile device.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the JJ Energy Inc SMS program.

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent that you are the authorized user of that number or have permission from the authorized user to enroll it in the program.

You agree to notify JJ Energy Inc if your mobile phone number changes or is transferred to another person.

Re-Enrolling in the SMS Program

After opting out, you may re-enroll by completing a new consent form, submitting a new request through an approved JJ Energy Inc website form, or texting START when that option is available.

Submitting a new inquiry without affirmatively consenting to text messages does not automatically re-enroll you in promotional SMS communications.

Changes to This SMS Policy

JJ Energy Inc may update this SMS Messaging Policy periodically to reflect changes in our messaging practices, services, technology, or applicable requirements.

The revised policy will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after a policy update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy, subject to applicable consent requirements.
